Just posted my first sprite comic. I am a n00b even at this, so forgive the lack of background in EVERY scene. actually, don't. there in my secret base of operations, and I browned out the background. yeah... they should buy that...

*ahem* anyway, RMB has his own version of what happened, and he may post that himself.

Thanks for putting the "proper" Tae kwon do yell noise, though Mike usually says "Hiyat!" But how would you have known that

. Might I suggest speech bubbles in your next comic? or is there a reason you don't use them? They'd really help. It was funny, even if you don't think so.

EDIT: and in response to Mauve Mage, that's the moral of the comic. "Mountain Dew isn't always worth it."

Skyshot, props for the Zzyyxx. But I take them back, since you really need to add word balloons to your comics. Just add a shape of white under where you're going to place your text, if you're going all MS Paint. Otherwise, there's tons of guides out there to adding word balloons as layers.

For the record, the background in Melfice's recent comic isn't entirely by me -- I spliced it together from Breath of Fire II screenshots. Nice to see someone using it, though.
