If you watch that video on that linkie thing someone gave somewheres, the boffin reckons comic sans was very readable at small sizes just not in large blocks of text. And he was a boffin.

A dude can if the society he lives in is so homophobic that the very thought of homosexual attraction doesn't occur to him at all. Hence, more homophobic = less homophobic manifestations.

Don't drink and drive. The problem? English is not an official language in this country. I'm not sure if it's an international campaign and they couldn't summon up the inspiration to translate this very, very basic driving instruction, or if they just thought it'd be cooler if they said it in English. But either way it comes off as giving more thought to style than to content, in what is basically a public service message of three whole words.
