Yeah, I'm glad it only took me four months to claw my way out of that personal hell and over to the tech side of the industry.

So can you explain to me why 80% of the time when I would put a ticket through for any kind of maintenance, I'd check it like five minutes later, and it would be closed with the comment "customer issue" even though no one had ever been contacted?

Edit: This was years ago, but I remember at one point I actually tracked down some of the techie numbers so I could call them and tell them to do their goddamn jobs, but it drove my handle times through the roof, so I had to stop.
