Best buy actually imported it and sold it here (least the one near me did) a few years back. I didn't get it though do to me saving up for Lunar Knights at the time.

I almost regret not getting it.

Just beat Rhapsody DS... Why haven't more people played this game? It's fantastic. It defies tropes, has a strong female protagonist, the Japanese versions of the songs are really good, and the story is just really damn good. It's a great game, and if you people don't play it you are jerks.

I'm thinking I'll check out either FFA2 or Devil Survivor next. Does FFA2 expect me to know the plot of FFA?
