Peachi's Lets Play of Super Mario RPG is pretty great. It's a pretty standard-issue screenshot-with-commentary kind of Lets Play, but her comments always manage to make me laugh.

Also, Slow Beef's Let's Play of Metal Gear 2 is probably the best way to experience the crazy game ~~outside of getting to play it yourself~~. Even if you don't want to read the whole thing, definitely check out chapters LVIII and XL VII. Chapter LVIII is the best thing to happen in a video game ever.

Seconding the San Andreas LP, it really is fantastic.

Suggesting Let's Play Pok�mon Mystery Dungeon: Red. Adds some characterization to the two main characters and it's a nice, light-hearted read.

Also, for any other unhealthily Paradox obsessed out there, Wiz's House Hohenzollern Rising follows the rise of the Hohenzollern dynasty from a minor county in the Holy Roman Empire in 1067 to a world power fighting for the glory of the Hohenzollerns' Empire in 1936. It traverses four Paradox Interactive games, Crusader Kings, Europa Universalis 3, Victoria, and Hearts of Iron 2.

*I say because Condemned comes first that it and Rez are, for good reason, done in a completely different style than the others, and so are not a good representation of the rest.

Edit: for some reason the Chip and Ironicus page doesn't contain their excellent LP of Metal Gear Solid 3, in which Chip, Ironicus, and Mission J. Frog irreverently show off the game's many secrets and silly points in their traditional back and forth style. Probably my favorite of their LPs.

Zetaplays Let's Play of Go Go Ackman. He actually makes up the dialogue as he goes along, since he can't read Japanese.

He also does fun packs of games he'd rather not play, and just gives up on.

And he's done about one of the craziest games I've ever seen. It's another Japanese game... but really, you don't need to read it to get laughs.

I can't believe no one has mentioned Helloween4545. He is delightfully British with all the strange words and odd refrences that entails
