*Looks at the store brand coffee I got that (In my opinion) tastes just as good as Folgers or Maxwell House coffee, and is a quarter of the price*
And McDonalds DOES have great coffee.

Guess it sucks that I'm not really a stickler for what type of coffee I drink. To me, Maxwell House and Folgers will taste the same. The only difference between Dunkin' Donuts and Starbucks to me is Starbucks tastes a little stronger. I just have a bit of frustration. I make it the same way as everyone else, spare the extra half scoop I put in for strength, but the pots I make always taste stronger and half an hour later, taste incredibly weak. Yet, if someone makes it the same way I do, it will taste different, yet keep the same consistent taste for even later.
Also, I don't know how anyone burns coffee. I don't think I've ever burnt a good pot of it before. Even when I first started making it and I've been through about 4 different coffee makers so far. |

Once you beat an addiction that addiction is always easy to regain, though. It is more than possible to completely lose any physical aspect of the addiction after enought time, but the mental aspects may always be there, and if you allow yourself to lapse you will quickly regain the physical aspects of the addiction. After the physical addiction is gone, it's still about mind over matter.
In any case, quitting cigarettes multiple times is still way better than never quitting them at all. Whatever reprieve you give your body is better than nothing. Even switching to electronic cigarettes so you only recieve the nicotine dosage as opposed to the carcinogens and tar is superior to doing nothing for your habit.

I hate Dunkin Donuts coffee with a horrifically strong passion, but can and will drink nearly anything else.

I had an addiction to coffee my first year at Uni, to the point where I needed to drink three Large Double-doubles from Tim Horton's everyday to keep me going or else I got a headache and very cranky. I realized I was addicted when there was a time I couldn't get my third coffee for some reason and started freaking out a bit, which made me go ''I'm...freaking out about not getting enough coffee...okay, stopping NOW'' and then I just stopped. The first three days were terrible and I had constant headaches, but then I eventually got over it.
Nowadays, I only drink coffee when I feel like it, which is maybe once or twice a week, and I can't stand Tim Horton's coffee anymore (I love their ice caps though!). Instead I go to Java U, Second Cup or Van Houtte for a Latté. We have Starbucks almost as much as Tim Horton's in Montreal, but I've never really gotten myself to try their coffee.
