A random drawing I made a few days ago when I was waiting in the car infornt of a store. The design is based of of the basic design for yugioh 5D's D-Wheels (Duel Wheels or Runners as they sometime call them).

EDIT: yeah I know... the front wheel looks funny.

Kyanbu - that's a really cool design. It would be really cool to see it in all of it's mechanical glory to see how it all moves and works all together.

Tonight I prove how much of a nerd I am. Instead of going out with all of the other college kids and tailgating, I stayed indoors and followed photoshop tutorials. (But that's really what I like to do anyway. XD)

To be honest I do the same thing. Just not very often.

As for the bike, I don't know, maybe. I kinda drew it out of boredom and the erge to draw something different for a change. I might add on to it after I finish some of the Character bio images for Mischief Knights. I'm getting very close to my due date september 5th.

Ah yes, that tutorial. Fun use of Find Edges, color tweaking, and layering. Very informative and useful!

Rickzarberbederberberb, here is the tutorial in question.

Indeed! I love tutorials that are easy to follow. And that one in particular is really easy too. (although it makes me wish I had a higher version of photoshop, since it says to use tools I don't have. ): ) And it helped me make a new brush. I'm kind of a failure at making brushes, but I think I'm getting better.

RickZarber - Here's a nice list of photoshop tutorials (which the fire one was part of).
Here's the space one. This one gets kind of confusing as for some reason some of the stuff it said to do wasn't turning out the way it should have (like the inner and outer glow part, the tutorial's one appeared to only put it on one side, but I kept getting mine to always go all the way around,) so I kind of winged it on some of the steps to make it work.

Enjoy!

I think you're improving. I think it's looking better than your previous stuff definately.

This is an amazing coloring tutorial for photoshop that I found today.

EDIT- I spend my Saturday nights paintchatting, some of my favorite results (NOT AS COOL AS THE MGS STEAMPUNK FROM LAST WEEK):

I was responsible for the Mermaid Ocelot

And the unicycling Grey Fox. Also, those who might recognise the art style from the top right, I totally paintchatted with Peachi. And she liked my Grey Fox. Aww yeah.

CelesJessa: That's awesome! Love how Meryl looks !
and the unicycle gray fox is simply hilarious and awesome!!

So .. here i am posting something again, and asking your opinion ..
I made this a couple of weeks ago ...
in case you can't tell.... it's a bunch of people running away while the aliens are attacking the city

I really want to make a webcomic but i feel that my artistic skills are still way too lame to even try to do a comic
Oh ... i haven't inked this 'cuz i can't decide whether to ink it digitally or not...
(i don't have a tablet , using a mouse to ink stuff is frustrating)

If the response to Philbo has taught me anything, it's that shitty art doesn't matter for a comic. That aside, this doodle is not shitty, and I look forward to seeing it inked, as that should take care of the curvy lines on some of the buildings.
