Triple battles don't surprise me. There is a spot where you can find three water-based ace trainers in HG/SS that all face you. It kinda hinted to me 'Hey, this could be a- wait, they don't have those. Maybe they were experimenting with it here? I dunno.'

Oh man, I just had SUPAH ULTRA BUSY WEEKEND and didn't check on this thread at all, or else I'd have signed up for some sweet sweet pokemon fights. Sadly I'm now in a locale that prevents me from getting my Pokefighting fix.

I like all of them pretty much. LOVE the monkey though, seriously that might be a better fire monkey(....why are there two fire monkeys though? Some Japanese language or myth joke?) than Infernape.

Anyone else hear the thing that apparently Munna(the flower tapir) was hinted at/or inspired by a line in the original Red and Blue where a picknicker says she wishes there was small pink, cute pokemon with a floral pattern? Unused Gen1 design brought out of the waiting room?
