Sorry this took so long, everyone. My Internet has been acting screwy since last Thursday and is only just now letting me upload my stuff to photobucket. Until this point it decided to pretend that it didn't hear me. Jerk.

And here's something I drew a while ago. I like everything except for the shading on the hair. Wrong color. Someday I'll get over my laziness and fix it.

Ah, yes. "Wasted Space." A comic strip concept I've been kicking around for a long time now. I won't bore you with the "mission statement" of Wasted Space, other than I've been thinking about doing a Sprite Comic with hand drawn backgrounds for a while now. But not 'well drawn' backgrounds. Backgrounds that look like a five-year-old drew them.

The concept being that if I draw lousy backgrounds with lousy sprites with lousy recolor jobs, I might be able to make something that is asthetically intriging.
I'm not an art major so I may have either overshot this attempt, or undeshot it. Either way, the point is, I might have missed the target.

Either way, I'm probably going to keep making these. And they will get more and more asthetically pleasing as time goes by and I get better at making them. For one, I'm probably going to make them bigger, and with word bubbles instead of text at the bottom. Perhaps the reason that I used text at the bottom this time was from an inherant association with River City High equaling Crapulence. I dunno.

This is based off a actual conversation BMG! and I had. Very little has been changed besides the fact that I don't usually sweat that much when I'm nervous or afraid.

it's not my birthday yet, but I already got my first cake, so here's the comic associated with it.

and it being posted now has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that I plan to tie it back into "background hijacking" or whatever it's being called now.
