Rookies get red armor. And my "squad commanders" (the higher-ranking, more valuable soldiers) will have a unique armor color. Not sure what color yet. I will probably also assign a color to every class. We shall see.

Also if you pre-ordered on Steam you can now pre-load the game. It's 12 gigs.

Awww the NDA goes until Monday, they shut down my "hahaha I'm playing it right now suckers!" thread. I had planned to name soldiers after people accusing me of lying/trolling and make them my "forward scouts."

I will never let you leave my base for i fear even the slightest danger that might cross your path. The alien containment chamber will be renamed the Krylo Safety Cylinder.

I'm not sure if this is hilarious, or incredibly creepy.

At any rate, my rookies will be decked out in a generic grey or blue. Not entirely sure yet.
After that? Not sure. But they're not getting a custom colour until they get a nickname.
