I like how there's a room in the second part of the campaign that is straight out of a Midnight Riders lyric - in the song he says something about having a suitcase full of money and pistols, and you find just that in one of the rooms before you cross over that wooden plank a couple stories up. I guess there's some point in the game where you can see their tour bus leaving the area, so they're supposed to still be alive I guess.
