I feel like it's the worst for me, but it is no doubt the best in its buttery goodness. I am a fan of most popcorn that isn't cheese or caramel (those I enjoy but in much smaller amounts).
Do you folks enjoy camping? I do.

This one.
I always love showing that off. ![]() Also I love kettle corn and I've sadly never really been camping. ![]() Anyone else itching for the realms to get back up so we can check out the new patch?

Depends on the type of camping really. Camping on it's own is alright enough. However going on several day hikes which just so happens to include you camping in what could perhaps be the worst places to set up camp for the night is when it is most fun.
I find Biviwack-ing more fun than traditional camping. There's something very gratifying of building your own shelter (Even if it does flood completely from torrential rain the next morning, or is trampled on by Cattle...) |

As I recall, patches could be downloaded regardless of realm status. They were very clear on that much.
So question: Why do 8-bit versions of songs (those few that actually are 8-bit) sound so great?

I "had" to learn the capitols, but avoided it. I don't have a good mind for memorizing seemingly random information like that. That teacher made me cry once, though, so I made up for it.

I enjoy camping, and I'm talking, like, with a tent camping, not a camper camping. There's nothing like sitting around a campfire, making cobbler and hot dogs.

CJ, word to that. I'm a canoe camper, myself; nothing like paddling down a river. Went 140 km in two days once. That was fun.
Oh, and wave trains as tall as I am. What a ride. Thank god there was a portage nearby; it meant we could offload our gear and ride that train all the way to the end ![]() EDIT: Oh, and hot dogs? Pfft. Got us some steaks from the local community, plus some Montréal steak spice. Best steak I'd had in years.

I consider going out with campers less camping and more hangin' out in a shoddy house while near some nature. Each can be fun, of course, provided the right friends are along, but *shrug* the latter's not camping.
That said, provided it wouldn't take forever, I'd consider going on an RV-based road trip for a week or so. More questions to fuel the fire: Those of you who use an OS that lets you move your taskbar (i.e. not OS X), top, bottom, left, or right (or, if it applies, more than one)? Mac users, where do you put your dock (left, right, bottom)? - I have done them all, but didn't enjoy the sides for in Windows and have settled for top for the taskbar (no auto-hide). I use the left for the OS X doc, and Ubuntu's top/bottom default has been fine (though I may switch back to an auto-hide left).

I personally throw it on the left side. At first it was really awkward but now I cringe when I operate a Windows OS that doesn't have the taskbar on the left. I shrink the bar down enough that the bars for the various applications are just symbols, and the only thing on the "Start" menu is the Windows symbol.

On Windows I have it to the default bottom left, as a result of years of interface conditioning.
However on Kubuntu I never even touch the taskbar; ALT + F2 all the way baby! On other distributions I tend to just use the command line. What is the mechanism psychology for hibernation? Would humans ever be able to do such a thing? I wish we could for the Winter months. I even made a name up for it and all; Siestamester! Last edited by Corel; 04-14-2009 at 07:55 PM. |
