There's a level 99 enemy called the Black Rabite which will absolutely destroy you if you haven't item farmed enough.

And before you ask, Civa, no we cannot fight it. It's only available if you pick Duran or Angela as a main character.

I actually knew that. But I'm sane (I'm lazy sissy, yes sir!) enough not to fight against it. The other part is that I'm not that found of playing with Duran or Angela.
But I had completely forgotten Bill and Ben. And Lugar was disgusting too. And some of the beasts.
Really people, pick classes well now. This game had ninjas which are one of the most irritating bosses in the game.
And the moonshine tower, oh fuck.

I doubt anyone will be voting 'til tomorrow, so I'll just end the voting now. I'm going to make some descriptions of all classes ( As in, all the classes avaliable for the 3 characters, totalizing a measly 18. ) but it'll take a while.

First of all, as some of you don't know, each character can change their class once at level 18 to a Light or a Dark class. Afterwards, they can also change again at level 38 to a Light-Light or Light-Dark for the Light class or Dark-Light or Dark-Dark for the Dark class. And now, the classes:

Barks

Light - Monk - Barks' life is tough. As a Monk, Barks tries to become stronger by mastering his werewolf side and trying to calm it. He learns how to use Heal Light and Pressure Point, which grants him most of the werewolf's strength during the day.

------ Light-Light - God Hand - Barks is no longer seeking revenge for his dog, no, he's on a more noble quest now. Every punch and kick he delivers has divine strength backing it up and only to be used against evil. He has mastered every single aspect of his form and has learned how to channel his divine power into a powerful energy attack called Byakko Shockwave and the Aura Wave, a spell which charges a character's special meter completely instantly.

------ Light-Dark - Warrior Monk - After facing many tests in his quest, Barks leaves his quest for revenge. He knows he can't revive Karl, but it doesn't mean all his training was useless. He uses his newfound knowledge to turn into a devastating warrior that learns powerful physical attacks and Leaf Saber, which allows him to buff a character to deal Wood element damage and recover MP with every hit.

Dark - Bashkar - Barks is greatly saddened after the only friend he had was taken away. He embarks on a quest for revenge, using his werewolf form, the very thing that caused his quest to start, against the Beast King.

------ Dark-Light - Dervish - A powerful warrior, decides to explore a bit more on his physical prowess and to rely a little less on his werewolf side. He's still out for revenge, though. Learns Energy Ball, a buff which increases the critical rate for a character.

------ Dark-Dark - Death Hand - A great warrior, centering everything around completely destroying the Beast King and everyone who has ever associated with him. A merciless, sadistic warrior. He learns Moon Saber, which allows him to buff a character to attack with the Moon element and drain HP with every hit.

Lise

Light - Valkyrie - Lise wants revenge against the ninja who killed her father and kidnapped her brother, but she knows she may not be up to the task, not without help. She trains herself into learning how to make herself and the others better fighters. Learns all stat up buffs.

------ Light-Light - Vanadis - She has learnt how to be a truly reliable warrior, her very presence in battle is enough to make her allies fight better. She can learn how to summon Freya to damage her enemies and will, most of the time, turn them into very weak monsters that give no experience. She also learns how to multi-target all her stat up buffs.

------ Light-Dark - Star Lancer - Upon hearing the legend of a powerful spear called the Star Geyser, Lise decides to try and obtain this spear, becoming a Star Lancer, with the ultimate goal of obtaining the Star Geyser and destroying Isabella with it. She can go through the Trial of Marduk to learn how to summon Marduk, which deals damage and can silence.

Dark - Rune Maiden - Lise, seeking revenge, focused on becoming stronger and if that isn't enough, making her enemies weaker at the same time. She learns all stat down debuffs.

------ Dark-Light - Dragon Master - Trying to become stronger, Lise comes across the ancient art of dragon slaying and decides to put it in use against everything else. "If it worked with the strongest monsters in the world, it should help with the others too." was her thought. She can undergo the Trial of the Dragon to learn how to summon Jormundgand, which deals damage to all enemies and can poison.

------ Dark-Dark - Fenrir Knight - When Lise enters the battlefield, even her allies fear her. She uses her anger in every attack to devastating results. Requesting the powers of Fenrir, a powerful wolf, she can learn through the Trial of Fenrir, how to summon Lamia Naga - for some reason - which does damage to all enemies and learns how to multi-target all her stat down debuffs.

Hawk

Light - Ranger - Trying to distance himself from the ninja who he thought were his friends, he decides to outsmart them with traps. He learns the Arrow and the Spike traps, also learns Body Change which turns enemies into useless monsters which give no experience and Sleep Flower which causes a single target to fall asleep.

------ Light-Light - Wanderer - After cruising around the world Hawk has learned a great amount of things and figured better ways to support his party than just making traps. He learns Aura Wave a spell which charges a character's special meter completely instantly, how to multi-target his Arrow and Spike traps, TransShape, which causes a target to flicker and increase his evasion, Half Vanish, which takes half of an enemy's HP off if successful, Life Booster, which increases a character's maximum HP by 1/5, Lunatic, which deals 1/5 of the enemy's maximum HP in damage, Poison Bubble, which causes damage, poisons and deals damage to MP too, Counter Magic, a buff which reflects most offensive magic spells back at the caster and Energy Ball, which increases critical hit rate for a while.

------ Light-Dark - Rogue - A great deal of training later, he now has become a trap-making genius, analyzing everyone he meets and fights with, quickly figuring their weaknesses and, if they have none, making them have. He sets his traps expertly, letting them do his work. Learns how to multi-target Body Change and Sleep Flower and learns every single level 2 trap.

Dark - Ninja - Hawk decides to train the very thing used by his enemies against him to see if he can find a way to get rid of Jessica's curse. He learns how to throw Shuriken and four elemental jutsus which deal damage of their respective element and each lower a single enemy stat.

------ Dark-Light - Ninja Master - Mastering all aspects of the ninja, he uses his powers to control the flow of battle. He learns to multi-target all his Ninja skills.

------ Dark-Dark - Night Blade - Hawk's life as a thief has teached him that life isn't always fair. Nor is battle. He knows how to fight and doesn't mind getting dirty with it. It's not like his enemies are playing fair, anyway. He learns Deadly Weapon, which involves throwing a wrench that deals damage and lowers the maximum HP of an enemy, Poison Breath, which deals damage and can poison, Fire Breath, which deals a lot of Fire elemental damage, Blow Needles, which deals damage and can silence and Black Rain, which deals a lot of Dark elemental damage to all enemies.

If Lise goes dark Hawk can very well be the light one because the similarity of their dark classes. Yeah, the only difference is that stat reducing. But it's similar still somewhat.. somewhat..

Exactly. It's not really that useful to both have jutsus and stat downs: It's either one or the other. Jutsus and stat ups are good, since stat ups always work. Wanderer and Rogue do get some pretty sweet spells too which don't conflict with Lise's classes at all.

I agree that you should get Godhand. The magic spell he learns will be useful and healing is good always.
I would really, really want Hawk be Nightblade (very versalite like all Hawk's classes), but the fact is, that Lise's Light classes' summons just plain suck and that earlier mention that it's not useful having dark Lise and dark Hawk. Dark Hawk is somewhat more useful in my opinion than dark Lise as he learns more spells/skills which have negative effect on enemies. Shuriken is so cheap.
But light thing, yeeees, well, let's pick warrender. But which one of Hawk's light classes learns that silver arrow? It will be somewhat useful.
Lise as Fenrir knight, yeeah. Let the stats go down.
