Well there's probably a way to suck the magic out of them. Sorta like the oil from whales.

So a company starts up, hunts the dragons to near extinction to harvest their precious magic, and has to do something with their corpses, so they sell them to a meat processing plant.

Dragon steaks, dragon sausages, dragon chops, dragon burgers, so many possibilities.

I think I just came up with a good idea for The Dreadful. Yay NPF!

Actually it'd be more likely this guy would be some sort of red dragon in disguise, who would be exploiting his own kind for profit.
