Hmm... Spiderman has his spider senses.... and that's about all he has going for him.

Iron Man could probably just unload bullets at him all day until Spiderman gets tired or something. And then he would go in and use his super-strength provided by the suit... or maybe he would use his crazy engineer mind to do something creative.

Spiderman loses, unless he gets REALLY lucky.

What does spiderman have that could hurt Iron Man? Iron Man is stronger, faster, can fly, and has superior firepower (In that he HAS firepower).

Spiderman has super strenght too. And better Close-range reflexes than stark and his suit. Plus, super senses.

If you put then in a City, Spidey can give a lot of trouble to Stark... taking only the movies in consideration, Spidey has already shown that he can handle High speed chanses and mid air fithing and quite a lot of dodging projectiles... so it's mor than meets the eye actually

Spider Man fought Iron Man recently. He won.

First he tricked Iron Man into tackling him into the air, then webbed his boots- no thruster. Iron Man fired his power blasts full on into the ground, depleting them and saving him from pancake-ness. Spider Man then literally webbed him to the walls and ripped off his helmet. Given Spidey has enough strength to, in his own words, "kill a normal guy with one punch if I don't hold back", he could've killed Tony. Or knocked him out. He talked to him instead.

I'm aware Spidey has super strength, but it is nowhere near Iron Man's. And I highly doubt he could dodge a flight stabilizer...thing...blast. Or bullets. He couldn't even dodge all the projectiles thrown at him. Stark has the thing that pops out and shoots whoever he wants. And Iron Man can fly. Worst case scenario for Stark, he flies away and blasts and shoots at Spidey until the latter dies.

If Iron Man was the bad guy in that case then it doesn't count. Good guys against bad guys means that the good guys always get super-luck.

Here's a new one. Dante vs Deadpool. It's a fight for incapacitation, not to the death.

I think you are kind of substituting Iron Man's durability with his actual strength. Spiderman is stupidly strong but is kind of fleshy as well.

Spiderman is more clever, agile, arguably stronger, and has built-in deus ex machina of spider sense. But, if you throw them both in an open field then spiderman is out of his element and Tony has the obvious advantage.

I'd say the egomaniac wins in an open field and the webslinger would take the win if they were in a city.

More agile, yes. More clever, maybe. But Stark's robot suit can punch through a brick wall, and I haven't seen Spiderman ever do that in the movies as far as I remember.

Also, I don't think spider sense lets Spidey dodge bullets. Villains tend to just have really bad aim. The Mark 3 does not have bad aim at all, remembering the scene in the Afghani village.

EDIT: POS's version works equally well.
