Time is up, so let's see how it all turned out.

11. The Adventures of Duane and Brando - Sorry but I have never heard of them.
10. The Lonely Island - I absolutely adore this group, but seeing as they are a parado group I'll rate them low for fairness to all the rest.
9. Vanilla Ice - Not to say I didn't enjoy it while it lasted, but he ain't one of my favorites. And these days he is pretty much a joke with possible nostalgia.
8. Fort Minor - As a side project I kinda had to rate it low. Not to say I don't enjoy it.
7. Eminem: Do enjoy the man's music, but I enjoyed it less as time went on.
6. Eazy-E: A real amusement to listen to, but not one I can in front of everyone seeing as classics like "Gimme That Nut" and "I'd Rather Fuck You" don't look so good in front of some of the girls I hang with.(and awesome in front of other ones...go figure)
5. Public Enemy: Also real fun to listen to, a classic group that you cannot possibly enter the vestiges of hip hop without looking into. Though not my favorite.
4. Kanye West: As my primary hope for the future of hip hop due to his mainstream success I must rate him rather high. I also do enjoy his music.
3. Flobots: Made a good first impression, and never failed to deliver from that point on. Instrumentals work wonders and the content is thought provoking. Quite a pull there.
2. mc chris: What can I say you got lucky. He is one of my more recent addictions and considering how much I've been listening to him recently I would have to be some kind of hypocrite to say otherwise.
1. The Beastie Boys: For all of my life I have held on to these three awkward white boys with the capability to make amusing rhymes about nearly nothing to greatly important topics at the time. Their versatility, coolness in person, capable flow, nostalgic pull, and just all around fun factor will make them my number one for a LONG time.
