We still crushed them, regularly.

The Horde has years of experience dealing with greater numbers. It's nothing we haven't learned to work around.

That said, I've been enjoying my gnome DK tank as of late. I don't PvP with her though (I barely PvP with my main anymore, either). The idea of killing Horde just feels like murder to me, you know? Not like killing Alliance, where they obviously deserve it.

The EU Misery battlegroup defies expectations. The Alliance there are -smart-. They have healers. They regularly obliterate most Horde groups in battlegrounds.

Typically, my latest main is a Horde tank on Misery.

Actually, I should note that the Horde on all servers on the Whirlwind battlegroup are completely retarded, except Uther. Being from Uther myself, the introduction of cross-realm battlegrounds was such a joy for me, because there was nothing I wanted more than to go from doing occasional BGs where we'd win most of the time to being able to do constant BGs where we'd lose horribly almost all the time.

I spend a lot more time doing PvE these days.

Whether Horde or Alliance wins isn't a mater of which has more players, its a matter of which has more competent players. Most elitists go for horde because they like the racial abilities better, alliance is full of 10 year olds, and because most of the other elitists are rolling horde. There are a few elitists that go to Alliance so they can try and give them a fighting chance, but really, its not going well for them on most servers.

More recently, I've seen a big shift of the retard-10-year-old audience to the horde side because the horde is winning. I dunno, maybe it'll start a cycle where they constantly shift, or maybe they'll finally hit some kind of equilibrium.

Yeah, that shift has always been there, though I really wouldn't say that choice of racials is the motivation for most of the Horde players. Not saying that there aren't people who chose undead purely for Will of the Forsaken, but those people are usually dumb or otherwise unpleasant. And even before the WotLK racial overhaul, humans' perception, night elves' shadowmeld, dwarves' stoneskin, and gnomes' escape artist tended to be more useful on the whole, in my opinion.

I mean, speaking as a raging elitist, I chose Horde because I feel that they're just morally superior to the Alliance at this point.

A few of my friends started playing when I got back into it, and they've done the Recruit-A-Friend thing with each other. Works out pretty well for them.

I'm playing an Undead Warlock on US Maelstrom, and I'm seriously the most awesome person anyone has ever played this game with.

RPPVP servers are the best.
