Why tiptoe around the subject of race? Literally every race of people in human history has been subject to racism in one form or another. (Actually, slavery was firstly not about racism, just free labor.) You don't need a 'pass' or 'allowance' for it and distancing yourself from the topic is subjecting yourself to willful ignorance and allowing others to tell you what is and isn't.

Also, white community? Might want to narrow it down, because you're conflating pocket groups and a couple rich assholes with what ethnicity they are. White supremacists are relegated mostly to small online communities and those that congregate and speak on soapboxes in real life are mocked and derided by the populus at large. Before you point this out, the media also likes to sensationalize and point out every little incident and blow it up.

I consider this thread and some of the points brought up as a good example of what they love to do.

EDIT: As an aside, I'd like to point out the contradiction of you saying, "We need to fix this," and then talking about quotas in just how much it can be talked about, as a white person. So, answer this for me. How is it going to be fixed if one of the necessary groups isn't allowed part? In other words, if this is a problem for white people to fix, how can it be fixed if they can't talk about it?

Well, no. They're pretty specifically about the exchange of things for votes on those laws. Porter V Bowen (Which funnily enough was a case about this very thing) explicitly enshrined the exchange of one vote for another as an expression of free speech.
