I'm exhausted and its not even lunch time yet
Moving forward is definitely more about keeping each other up but optimism is important too if for no other reason than your own morale/self-care. We need to organize but, right now, organizers are generally busy putting out fires and spreading community resources, myself included.
NPF is serving as my dumping ground at the moment because everyone around me in Arkansas is either asking me for help or are organizers who are being similarly bombarded and doing what they can to keep their heads above water. That said, if you know any trans people who need support, feel free to send them my way and I'll try to help them find relevant resources in their area. They can shoot me a Facebook message (Justine Morgan Turnage) or email me at mjturna@gmail.com. I can help people from other groups too, just my mind is pretty one-track at the moment.

I did a lot of posting on here as a teenager, and I was pretty awful. Even after I learned, grew up, and came to be on the right side of a lot of important issues, I was still angry, abrasive, and generally increased the amount of hate in the world, in pretty unacceptable ways. On the off chance that someone is taking a trip down memory lane looking through those old threads, I wanted to devote my signature to say directly to you, I'm sorry.
