Tofu lightly fried in chicken broth (probably just should have used actual chicken, but I'm a sucker for crispy tofu), then mixed in with stirfry veggies and lopped onto chow mein noodles. Sauce was about equal ratios soy, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, fish sauce.

But before I'm mistaken to be one of the fancy cooks, my laziness cannot be understated. Today's lunch will undoubtedly be Kraft Dinner or cereal or something.
