Simon Callow. He's been "That Guy" in a lot of things, apparently, so you could easily have seen him before.
Oh god. The god damn Slitheen are next for y'all. I'm sorry. Even if Shaun's Mum is awesome in it.

Slitheen?
Eh, I'll know on Friday. But can't be that bad, can it? It's the fourth episode of the season, they can't be getting lazy YET... *remeber BSG* Oh.. blah.

I haven't seen the new BBC series, but the Sci Fi series fails. Or at least I think so.

The Sci Fi series is the new BBC series. Well, last year's new series, anyway.
I'm liking it so far, but I'm not an old Doctor Who fan, so this is my first exposure to him. Mostly, I'm just glad that there's something for me to watch on Friday now.

I dunno. It feels weak to me. Like the scriptwriters have bundles of things to say, but they cut out all of the connecting stuff, if that makes any sense.
But maybe I'm overthinking it. |

Well, the thing you have to remember is that this is supposed to be a family show -- I'm sure there are loads of little English kids who couldn't get enough of the poot monsters in spite of Mum and Dad's rolling eyes. Still, it's good that they don't really stick around.

Ara ara!

The first season of Doctor Who was played on the ABC here in Australia some time ago. My brother and I were a bit concerned about the choice of the new Doctor until we first saw him in action. From his first line we had a total reversal of opinion. Those crazy plastic aliens.
I have to say that the way the Slitheen get stopped is possibly one of the greatest plans I have ever seen. Just... great. On a side note, what is it with aliens and massive vulnerabilities to commonplace substances?
