Although I agree that the last two arn't like Fighter, your reasoning for the first one is slightly off.

I only refrenced that one because I'm lazy and it just so happens they are incredibally similar...

Okay, with both...
A) The scene is a differnt one to the original.
B) The setup is differnt to the original.
C) The characters are different to the original.

They are quite similar, I would even compliment Vaij on getting close to Brians humor if I didn't think that it doesn't feel right.
