He's just the streight man for the comics ATM (the streight man seems to change every few comics) The strange happenings in 8-bit acually make a lot more sence when you realise the intention of it is to make you laugh.

Anyway, here's a question: Why are all the Chocobo asleep?

It looks like a black chocobo to me (the most powerful chocobo in FFV.) IIRC, a black is only slightly less perfect than a Golden, so it should also be able to get them out of there... but it can only land in forests I think...

At least we know it can carry 4 people!

Of course, I'm not a FF fan, but I play enough games to know what it is... either that or you just play FF7+. Play SNES! Play NES! Get the Japanese games that are translated English somehow! Do it! FF5 is kind of fun, and FF3 rocks! I got stuck in FF4-- but FF3 rocks! FF5 is where the black chocobo's from though. and I loved the music in it.
