Hmmm... What are the chances of the golden Chocobo reappearing near the end to somehow save the LW?

Anyway, shouldn't the rest of the LW be trying to stop RM from lobotomizing their last possible chance of escape? Unless, of course, RM has a few thousand chocobos hidden somewhere. Or, maybe RM can Mime the Chocobo's flying power and lift them to a nearby ship (possibly WM's...).

Well unless Brian is using said chocobo otherwise, its a black chocobo. Notice how the wings are larger than that of a normal chocobo.

Brian apparently like to use the sleeping chocobo pose because it puts the chocobo at the same level as the Light Warriors, and he doesn't feel the need to take the time to copy & paste an awake head chocobo onto the sleeping one. RM would have already conducted genetic experiments on the LW's if he thought he could get away with it. Either that or his chocobo fetish runs deeper than anyone thought. I suspect that as much as he seems to like, er, chocobo watching that he has quite a few spare imperfect ones.
I just have to wonder from a WM-ish perspective what trying to heal something with impossible anatomy and internal errors like WTF would do. Would healing it actually make it viable and not in constant pain from existence?
I'm totally on board with considering RM the true crime against nature.
