I agree wholehartedly. When you rely on psychological bs and a holy burning crusade to deliver your point, you lose the dependancy on facts most lawyers have.Thompson is a classic rhetoritician, not going with the facts, but rather with what he believes to be the most convincing way to put his case forward.

And this hurts him. I can understand the bit about biofeedback controls, he would have a valid point there, except almost all the games I've played rumble when you are shot, not shooting.Or both, but never just when killing. According to his logic, we are teaching our youth that getting shot is good, psychologicaly.

For some people it IS the games that does it- but that number is drastically small, especially compared to those who did it because they were tught by violent movies or television. Jack isn't trying to get these forms of media banned because they are too well established- people will realize that it's not TV/Movies making people kill, it's crazy people killing.
