Probably, but it would probably always turn out as "HADOKEN!" XD

Come to think of it, BM has access to the following list of confirmed spells:

Black:

Fire series
Bolt series
Stone
Meteor
HADOKEN!

General:
Featherfall

Blue:
Goblin Punch
HLORF!

Yet he usually sticks to Fire, HADOKEN!, and Featherfall (used in combination with HADOKEN!). There are probably Black spells he has, but never uses. And while I can understand him not having Ice, as that's RM's specialty, there are tons of spells like Demi and Wind (which, unlike Aero, takes a target down to between 1 and 6 HP) that he just hasn't used. And I can SO imagine BM having a ball with Demi. XD

Edit: And it would be TOTALLY easy for Brian to do Demi. Here's a five-minute job in ten layers.

Although, in my infinite wisdom, I made it transparent with no background, as per what one would do for a comic. I'll have to see how it turns out and maybe put it on white.

Edit^2: Here it is on white. I post this in hesitation because it looks a lot better on the forum background for the purpose of my argument, but as I said, this was a five minute job.

Edit^3: And one more edit out of vanity. Here's what my crappy version looks like on several different colorations of one of the outdoor scenes Brian loves so well.

Not Just Hlorf and Goblin kick..

Having lived through the Jumping attack of this sky knight, he can also launch his own jumping attacks .

Jump is a class ability, though. I don't think Brian is giving it to him, as BM hasn't been able to use it despite all of the instances he's suffered.

No doubt he would hurt himself, but if he can use a goblins kick to the kobolds after suffering it, I see no reason he can't jump on a guy.

And you never know, at some point he might go back to vapourizing things and being the forest leveling wizard he started as.

HLORF! is BM's equivalent of Moon Flute from FF5. When enemies cast it, it hits the party; when a party member casts it, it hits the party! This means that the "always hits Black Mage" could be a property exclusive to HLORF! and not necessarily applicable to every blue magic. This means that other blue magic spells would still screw over BM, but in different ways.

So for example Goblin Kick might actually hit the target, but his foot breaks. Aqua Breath would shoot a weak stream of water from BM's lungs but drown him as a consequence, Aero would summon a stiff breeze (something which could knock down BM but nothing else; obviously, he'd need Aeroga/Aero-3 to do decent damage), and Self-Destruct is self-explanatorily crappy as-is.
