Can't they be used to draw insight from the one presenting the problem in the first place? Isn't info gathered from an inside source as valid as one from an outside one?

Could you really consider that to be giving knowledge?

Wouldnt it be much more accurate to say that any knowledge gained from a question has to be inferred by a person asked?
