"Damn it soldier! Did I tell you that you could stop!?" The driver was about to say something when Markez cut him oof, "That's right I didn't! Now keep moving!" It only took a few moments to have the car up and running, "And punch it, I don't see sweat coming from all you Sallys running! Move it!"

"Lt. Markez? Do you copy?"

Markez put his hand over his right ear, "Captain Keys?"

"That's right... right from the grave, what's your status?"

"Hey everyone! The captain is alive!" He made an announcement before he move on to his conversation with Keys. "We're all set sir! I have a group with me here, what's you're location?"

"We're on top of a desert plateau of some sort."

"Desert? We're in the middle of a field of some sort." He took a quick glace at his surroundings. "Whatever, I'll try and meet up with you later sir."

The group drove, or ran, for a few minutes, until they saw a building up ahead. "Perfect! We'll stop there for a while, and see what we can do. Driver! Get over to the building and start setting up camp."

OOC: Anyone who has played the game, We are now in the second level, first marine sight... that's us by the way...

Billy eyed the tower they were apporaching. It was an odd angular structure, with a roof that had a large steeple-like protusion. Periodically, the tower spat what looked like plasma fire into the air.

What the hell is it doing...exactly? he wondered as the Warthog came to a stop at the base of the tower.

Jimmy shook his head as he followed the plasma fire with a stunned gaze "well this just keeps getting better and better" he watched as the plasma fire traveled to the other side of halo "its probably doing something to keep the ring stablised, though I'm at a loss as to what though"

Calvin shrugged as he looked at it "Whatever it is, it better be friendly..." Calvin stopped and paused after talking "Accualy, I wouldn't mind some action" Calvin then tapped the steering wheel.
