Well then lets place them both in Smallville, where a piece of kryptonite can be found in the third aisle of any supermarket...

And Jad, we're talkin Smallville (the show) Clark Kent, who's been beaten plenty.

So Spidy can find Kryptonite but how whould he know what it does. Besides even if he did Spidy lacks any means of ranged combat.

So he hits Clark with web that causes no damage even to normal humans, and that is easly shredded by people far weaker than Clark. I don't call that ranged combat in the context of this fight.

Edit: That is unless you start trying to close the gab with things like: Well he could lace his Webs with kryptonite. Which is just nonsense.

Or he tosses some kryptonite up, hits it with the web, which he shoots through to Clark, just sticking a piece of it to his chest. Now Clark is weaker than a normal human and unable to shred the web.

Fight could go either way if there's kryptonite all over, but I give the nod to spidey because he's not a dumbass.

So he gets some Kryptonite stuck in him. (Well for one he would probably dodge to begin with.) His parents just come running up and pull it out then he tears Spidy a new one, or he pulls it out himself.

I don't think he'd dodge. Spidey's pretty spectacular... and his parents wouldn't stand a chance. There's also no way in hell he could pull it out himself. When that close to kryptonite he's physically weaker than a normal human. A normal human can't rip spidey's webs, thus he can't.

Besides, superman is the worst superhero ever. There's never any drama to it at all because the only way he can EVER lose is if the villain has kryptonite and even then he still manages to take one hell of a beating, despite not being able to fight back. It's ridiculous. He should lose JUST because of that.

He also lacks ANY skills in planning and tactics. This would be an idiot versus a genius who also has super powers.
