Yeah, that happened to me several times too. I got so excited, but then I realized I didn't get anything.

Now we can finally discuss the update. I love the Wrangler and the Frontier Justice's revenge crits are great in a pinch.

The Gunslinger is great when playing an offensive Engie.

Being able to move your sentry is a godsend for a million little reasons.

honestly being able to move the sentry alone greatly changed playing styles and my willingness to go engie. Over all I dont really have any complaints. Though achievements are way too grind heavy but thats just a nit pick.

Oh wait, there is a massive complaint. I WANT MY MEET THE CAST VIDEO. Come on last class update ever and you dont release either of the last two?

Yep. It can be a pain in the butt. Have to figure out a new defense agenst these new mini-sents... that people seem to LOVE to put near the spawnpoints.

Oh yes. I've taken to building outside (or in the case of blackmesa, INSIDE) of spawn where there's easy metal then toting my sentry somewhere else.

Agreed. And I had heard (in an interview) they were working on Meet the Pyro.

Polycount produced so much good stuff, it's going to keep me personally very busy for a while designing & coding functionality for all the new items. (Implementing weapons is one of my favorite things.) I know the other TF2 devs all have things they want to ship soon, too.

If you can get close, they're really easy to take down. A few stickies, a sapper, a rocket... plus they can't be repaired.

mini-sentries mostly just need a different psychology. They cant be repaired so dont worry about destroying it in one go. Also if you are like a heavy you can just smash through it.

Oh and who else loves wrangle+engie buddy, anyone?
