D wins. If you need a reason, just watch the end of the first movie when he faces the count. He has his own version of a Devil Trigger, only it's about ten times better... and if we're stripping Dante of his, he stands no chance in hell.

If D isn't allowed to use that, he still wins. He's at least equal to Dante in strength and speed, and his sword can extend itself to any length. I'd give Dante the endurance points, being that when D was run through his hand had to revive him, and when Dante was he just pulled out the sword and made it his bitch. I doubt Dante would be able to close the guard D could create with his sword, though.

what the? that's like saying just because Thief's name is thief doesn't mean he's a thief. moreover, he shows every characteristic of a Lich, such as the Inhuman strength, undeadness, and invincibility as a result of storing his soul in some out-of-the-way item.

as for D vs. Dante, D wins o n the basis of not being as painfully overhyped as Dante.

Alucard (Hellsing) vs. Vash (trigun). on on e hand, we have an ancient vampire of innumerable strength, on the other hand, we have a living powerplant that can blow craters in the moon from the planet's surface that are visible to the naked eye.

note: It counts as a win if Alucard has to resurrect at a red moon. also, let's say that Wolfwood blessed some silver bullets for vash to use.

This fight depends entirely upon whether or not Alucard is allowed to use his full abilities. Remember that the Hellsing family has a lock set on him and unless Integra unlocks it, his power is limited. Throughout most of Hellsing this would be an easy win for Vash, being that he's able to dodge bullets and plant them with perfection. However, if we look at the powers Alucard displays in the last episode, well, Vash is nothing but lunch.

P.S. Dante was only overhyped for the second installment. The first DMC lived up to everything said about it and then some. The second merely didn't live up to the precedent set by the first. Not by a long shot.

Vash just heals very fast and is good with a pistol, in every other way Alcurd is superior (Including healing actually).

The angel arm cannon destroys cities from the recoil alone, it can blow holes in the moon with a hit. he doesn't have to shoot good, he just has to shoot.

actually, it's not the recoil, it's more of a twenty mile wide muzzle flash blast.

Bringing up the angel arm is completely pointless. First of all, in Alucard's ultimate form, he could easily warp his body around it and probably even survive a direct hit. Secondly, Vash NEVER uses the angel arm of his own free will because it WOULD destroy everything for miles around. The only exception is when he used his angel arm to cancel Knives's.

Vash wouldn't need it against any of Alucard's weaker forms, however. He was forced to resurrect himself after one blessed bullet hit him in the head. Vash could very very easily shoot him while dodging any of Alucard's own attacks. He's able to calculate the exact trajectory of attacks and avoid them with casual ease and is about as fast as Alucard is.

That's a bit like saying "Black Mage is good at hurting things", when describing the way he blew up a planet with a Hadoken.

I agree with Krylo...unless Alucard has access to his full powers, Vash will kill him.
