Good points everyone. I hate to bring this up, but I doubt that if he felt so strongly about it, any discussion would help. But really, 7 posts have gone by since his last post, so I think posting again, unless he wants to discuss this "power trip" again, is cruel to that dead horse.

Just to clarify things: this post was a joke. You know, humor, what people do to elicit laughter from others and create a somewhat cheerful mood. Jokes have been around for years, maybe even centuries, possibly even dating to the prehistoric when the Tyrannosaurus Rex would pretend to choke on a dino bone so his wife would get scared.

Jokes evolved throughout modern times into the many categories we have today, including (but not limited to) slapstick, toilet humor, satire, and sarcasm, amongst many others. The example offered above is facetiousness, being humorously sarcastic. A little self-deprecation. But yes, it was a joke, and not to be taken too darn seriously. This disclaimer is offered to protect the rights of any certain individual to express his or her particular feelings on the matter, subject to whims, emotional outbursts, and really, admin power trips.

Having said that, this topic will remain closed because I say so and I can DO that! Yeah!
