Hers one o' mine, not too good but i'm a first-timer. About the missing head... So far I cant really draw a head without ruining the whole picture so I don't have any. Also my scanners not so great, thats why it looks the way it does, it looked so much better on paper... all the shadowing and texture stuff is gone . One last t'ing. How does everyone get their pictures on their computer so cleanly? And how do they color them?

You know what you COULD do with that?

You could either put a simply hood over the empty space, or leave it as is and call it "The Headless Swordsman".

That would be cool.

Fifth and Krylo made me do it.

I like to scan them, then color/edit in photoshop. Amazing what the curves tool can do. You could also try tablets and such, but that seems a bit much.

Sephy, your stuff rules! And good job to everyone else as well.

Sephy, you continue to amaze me with your artwork. Totally awesome.

Totsu, still an amazing drawing, even if you did do it as a fan service thing. =P Props to the guy who did the coloring job.

LTJ: Nice, I like it. And Raiden's right, it would be cool if you kept it that way, and went with the whole headless swordsman thing.

Nor do I, that's why I go to oekaki boards, like the one at www.bakaneko.com . Unfortunately, you can't upload any scanned pictures, but you can draw right onto the program with your mouse, or if you have a tablet, that works well. (I have a tablet, but I drew with a mouse a long time, and don't let anyone tell you you can't make a decent picture with a mouse.)

That's true. I know people who draw pretty well with the mouse. I drew with it for a few hours today, and I think I did a good job.
On an unrelated note, my wrist really hurts right where the thumb meets the bone.
