On another note, I'm gonnna try to see if my school store has sketchbooks in stock, so that if I get bored I can try to draw random stuff. I just hope my near-total lack of training doesn't make 'em all crappy.

Very good picture, especially the coloring. Though on the chest and the leg the shading looks kinda sloppy.

Yeah, her chest gave me a bunch of troubles. And by the time I was shading the legs, I had already spend about 4 hours on it, and I was tired. (I could have made it take less time if I had colored more intelligently, like, do all of the skin colors, then do all of the hair colors, but I just did each section at a time...)

Here is what stands on my story. I have to work on it a little.
Pictures file type: I hate trying to clean up the mess that comes from it being a jpg. Everytime I had changed my bmp pics to jpg, the color distortion rate went up. I just left it alone after that.

CelesJessa, That is A VERY good picture. I love it. Too bad I suck at drawing. Plus the fact that it took so long to do it. I don't think that her body should have taken so long. It's that nice sword.

My characters are always slanted. I tend to do that for a different mood. It's supposed to represent hard work to achieve the stature that they have. Especially for the Male and Female drawings I had lately. I think the hardest part of my pic was the fact that the mood had to be totally different from the other, more depressed mood. Just be glad I don't suck too bad.

I am going to try to draw a Self Portrait of myself. I feel that with time constraints, it might take me a couple weeks. I also have to get a resent pic of myself too. But When I do that, All the previous Pictures that I have will be deleted from my webspace, right before I put it up.

Celes:Thank you! Althogh I don't quite get what you mean by oils. I painted it in Photoshop. I used red yellow and lilac along with a little green to make the base and then added the stripes using the highlight tool.

Also I threw a look at some of your previous posted pictures, and it seems you are an exelent drawer. My compliments to you!

P.S. Have you looked at my drawing of Elisabeth Louise Vigee Le Brun allready?
