No, Kingdom Hearts isn't a Final Fantasy Game. As mentioned before, the name is a big hint to that. Sure, there's Final Fantasy characters in there, but the whole deal is that it's a whole heap of different worlds, full of characters from a whole heap of different mediums. Say, video games, cartoons, movies, yadda yadda yadda etc.

Here's another thing: Title font. Kingdom Hearts doesn't use the Final Fantasy title font, ala Runic MT.

The story is less mature, as well as the system of the game. Kingdom Hearts (the original PS2 release to date), is focused to a younger audience, though I personally have liked this game somewhat.

Also, they're going to need more than just terms and characters to convince me that it's a true "Final Fantasy".

Only they forgot to put Tactics. And forgot to put the limited camera. And forgot to put demi-3d. And forgot to put tactics. At all.

To me, it looks like they mixed FFVII, FFVIII and FFX all together, threw in the classes from Invalice and then started with this HUGE story going backwards. But then, that's just the impression I've got from a few preview videos. And if it IS like I just said above, I am going to F***ing LOVE it. If not...then I'll have to play it and see what its like.
