Also, I hope everyone isn't making all of their teachers be teachers who stay at the school. If so, I'm going to randomly pick some and have them leave to go off adventuring and heroing.

alright. I added a new fighting teacher because, as I take it, Bearn's specialty is slashy weapons and that is (I know from experiance) much different than pokey things, like what Don Raphiel teaches. I'll get you the bio as soon as I think it up.

Bio: Rapiel is a master duelist. But that does not cover his abilities. He has become the greatest lightblade swordsman in the world with very little assistance. However, the status as "best" is one for which there is very little forgiveness. Raphiel can barely walk the streets without being challenged by some up-and-coming champion of the Arte, which he is forced to dispose of. He bemoans this fact, but usually voices regret that it has been far too long since he has felt challenged by another rapier wielder, and teaches at the school in hopes of fostering a duelist that will one day defeat him.

any teacher who stays at the school and is likely to be called on emergencies, such as anyone with a control class, now has an office in the main building for reasons of convenience

Newb, no they don't. I don't like that idea, and I don't feel like explaining it.

Teachers are given an office in or around the building where most of their teaching takes place.

Also, on the travelling hero-ness of my teachers.

Kyle Turner definately likes to go hero-ing, although his brand of hero-ing is more like robin hooding. Of course, he keeps a good share of the profits for himself, and he has his own place that he likes to stay a good amount of the time. It's not far from the school, however.

Jareth doesn't hero too much, but he does travel a lot. Mostly to fuck with people in other places, seduce maidens, and occassional save someone... if it seems like a fun thing to do. He can get indignant and heroic at times, but for the most part he's too laid back to go on literal 'quests'. He also has his own pad, so he only comes to teach x months out of the year.

Jacob Cobwell helps the other teachers and heros whenever they ask him. He doesn't go out alone too much, though. He also lives at the school. He's a bit of an ascetic.

Sai Silorian almost never leaves to go heroing, and lives at the school like he has since he was picked up. He doesn't seen much point in saving people. He was one of those students that was turned 'not overtly evil' instead of good, but he makes a good instructor (being able to see magic lets him know where students are screwing up much easier) so they keep him on. Occassionally he'll help another teacher, but it's just so he can show off the power of his magic.
