yes, I noticed the pink green and orange lines in second image are completely filled up, but not when we started contemplating our evolution. This would suggest we are nowhere near our potential. Pure theory as to the reason though

PS while I do think we should continue discussion I also suggest we take no action besides deciding a name in case it has some significant impact in the next update

First, in the spiral-set, not only did our nodes increase by number, but our 'filled' meter decreased - so not only do we have two nodes to fill, we don't even have enough whatever to fill the one we started out full of. Part the second, looking at the BRACHIATED SYMPTOMINODE and the GENERATIVE RHIZOMALGAM, together they look like a tree. Comparing them to their "original" versions (when we were in the vial, there), they've grown alot. The BRACHIATED SYMPTOMINODE (the top of the "tree" chart) had - at most - four circle/slots and three un-circled off-shoots for a total of seven "branches". We now have at least thirteen, possibly as many as twenty six, depending on your count. Meanwhile, the GENERATIVE RHIZOMALGAM (the "roots" of the tree-chart) had only six branching lines before, and now has sixteen. Those are huge differences. We've evolved... heavily... and we've gained a lot more potential. Further, we're using it wrong. We're nowhere near our limit.

The religious symbol is probably just because of the command someone gave invlolving developing religion, And i think someone already tried deciphering the small text.

The yellow plaque had the same symbol as the orange line, so it likely corresponds.

It won't be flammable, necessarily, but that doesn't mean the fire won't damage it. Especially the liquid in its tail might cause it problems if heated up enough. Might even be able to make its tailbulb burst.
