I heard decent things about the Halo anime, so maybe this isn't as ridiculous as it sounds to me, but every time I think about it I think of Dragon Age with every bad anime cliche shoved in and I do a little hilarious dance of joy as I imagine all the raging fans. I want this to be awful, because if it is it will be so damn funny to see the reactions.

If so, I think there's probably a decent chance of it avoiding the cliches seen in anime in general.
