So, I bought Serious Sam HD TSE, and really enjoyed playing it online in a co-op game, and Alien Swarm was awesome. I really love co-op games and would like to know more about any other PC games with a co-op story/campaign/ mode. If they're free, or can have a multiplayer mode that can be played with just one PC, even better. Also, they don't have to be FPS's, any genre will do. Thanks in advance :)

Boarder lands. Teamfortress 2. Left 4 deads just off of my insomniac sleep reduced head. they will cost you some cash but are worth it.

Tough to beat either L4D in terms of co-op play. Borderlands is also quite excellent.

I'll second TeamFortress2 and third Left4Dead, both the original and the sequel. Great characters, fun gameplay, cool visual and audio effects (the smoker scream is one of my favorite video game noises ever).

Hmm, I'll get L4D and TF later. I'll wait for a discount and buy L4D in one of those "Four Packs", I want to play it with my brother at home, unless there's a way to play via LAN with just one game license :raise:. TF2 will definitively have to wait though, maybe I'll get it with Garry's Mod.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions ^_^

Just a heads-up, you need to own at least Half Life 2 in order to get Garry's Mod. In my opinion, it's best to have the entire Orange Box when you buy it so you can use the most models.

I already have Portal, and while I don't have Half- Life 2, I can get HL2 Deatmatch for free because of my graphics card ^_^. Also, I should've done more research on the Serious Sam TSE remake before buying it, as it doesn't have the splitscreen multiplayer the older versions have :(

Isn't The Orange Box like $20 these days? That'd get you covered for all three Half Life 2 games (besides deathmatch) AND Team Fortress 2 for the price of TF2 alone.

It's $29.99, my debit card has only about...whatever was left after buying SS HD:TSE (I had 150 MXN ^_^)
