Its not bad. I definately had a nostalgia fit and teared up on how wonderful it really was...but also I have some nit picks. Its definitely visually noisy too much and ultra distracting. however that matter is easily fixed with a fog layer before the back ground (not to much just a tid bit of saturation) and the Bots need to stand out more. they ether also need to be saturated to stand out or make them more threatening eye grabbing colors then black and blue and yellow. Otherwise Its just perfect!

Lowest settings, had to watch the opening scroll three times before it figured out that the space bar meant I wanted to play, and then the screen flashed a yellow and blue filter over the game that made it impossible to see anything. And it ran at, like, six frames per second and had a good second worth of input delay.

So good.

Yeah it clearly isn't built with low computers in mind. even My new comp had some trouble here and there. However It still is fantastic for those of us that have the tech.

jesus christ this! I got hit by the ladybug bots so much, it was embarrassing. I just couldn't see the damn things.

Wasn't too fond of this. Level design was weak, and it fell even more awkwardly between homage and remake than even Sonic 4 does. The screen is way, way, way too busy. It brings nothing new to the table nor does it include anything from Sonic 3. I've seen things that look better and would be easier on computers, too, so I come away from this just wondering what the point of it is. I have other complaints.

Sonic 2 HD, for all the complaints I could lodge against it, seems to be a much more focused, quality project from what little I've seen. Lazier, sure, but better.

All this is irrelevant though because this is the only Sonic fan project forever (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZA16nOnvwk0&feature=related).

for me it was the fish. GOD damn FISH!. I could never tell if or when they where jumping. I just went into a ball every time I passed water.
