Penn and Teller's Bullshit! Season 7, episode 3 is the best breakdown I've seen on that topic.

Do you need anything on Free Speech as well?

Well as it is one of the Augmentative points Free Speech is a bonus but not necessary,
I might try my luck with Bullshit but just in case is there any others?

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/4594376.stm Linkage to a news article, which references a study.

I have Articles (a cite page of at least 12 articles on both sides) I just need a Video Documentary as I should have at least One of those.

After more then a fair amount of googlin' and looking around, I've not found anything that fits your criteria.

One of the wiki links here may have something, but I'm not that committed to helpin' you.

I don't know of any off hand, and a limited search hasn't turned up any that aren't horribly biased and lacking in meaningful statistics and other data.

This video, a talk by Jane McGonigal's talk on the benefits of video gaming (http://www.ted.com/talks/lang/eng/jane_mcgonigal_gaming_can_make_a_better_world.html ) may be helpful to you. It doesn't focus on violence, and is a tad too optimistic, but it's also pretty rare to see this perspective on video games in the research literature. It's also not really a documentary.
