It's a funny rant discussing how the newest Marvel v. Capcom 3 is not worth the full retail price. Fact is, Capcom did work to get that shady. I can't believe they're getting away with this. All because they have Phoenix Wright included in the game.

The newest options you have in this is... Spectator Mode. That's it. No tournament mode. No other features that even SF4 got.

This is the same problem as a few other games like ODST. Instead of having it as a DLC or even a patch, Capcom decided to put it as a full on game when it's not really worth that.

Honestly, I don't think anyone is playing this game. All signs point to this more as a spectator game, where you can do 100% combos which kind of cheapens how people like or dislike this game.

As someone who doesn't even play fighting games, I find this pretty disgusting. As far as I can tell... you're paying $40 for Phoenix Wright. Yes, I know that many of the other characters can be exciting for other players, and I'm not saying they're bad. But as far as I can see, Capcom pretty much just realized there was a huge fanbase calling out for Phoenix, and that's the biggest thing that they're banking on for this.

Joe's rant covers a lot of it. I mean, come on guys. Patching. Fix your own shit, don't make your fucking customers deal with this.

I think UMvC3 is a slap in the face to anyone who bought the original game expecting future support...after DLC that was on the disc anyway...but yeah, dick move to those who basically paid for a $60 beta.
