It's time for another Steam sale!

What is your damage?

So far I only have bought Psychonauts. I bought Mass Effect 1 and 2 during the Summer Sale, and I got the Sam and Max Complete Pack for 5 dollars directly from Telltale.

Well, you only have to wait for less than a month until the (in all likelihood) equally good Christmas sale. So yeah.

Looked through list of sales, already own everything on it I want. Other than Bastion, but that's only five dollars off (and only fifteen at full price) and I'm pretty broke so meh.

About to get Fallout: NV. I figured why not since I never got the DLCs for PS3.

Would rather not spend the money this month, although it's very possible a game deal will come up that will basically be an instant buy for me.

Resisted Orcs Must Die, but just dealt myself some massive damage with...gasp, 3 dollars of New Vegas DLC!

You missed out, orcs must die is really good. It is like sanctum but better, sadly lacking multiplayer.

I am hoping for a better bastion sale as a daily and dead island as a daily.

Is that a Steam game? I don't know how much was it going for at Steam but, on Gamersgate it's going for 3.75.

Also, I got a game :D...it was a 1 dollar game...which I didn't actually pay for, yay for those loyalty...point...things ^_^

Got Portal 2 and Orcs Must Die yesterday. Considering VVVVV today since it's only $1.25 and I've played a flash by the creator that I enjoyed. Not particularly hoping for anything, but a sale has to be 66% or more for me to buy. I do have to go at this sale with more scrutiny, since last time I bought some duds just because they were ~$5.

and now I have all the new vegas DLC, think I spent like 15 dollars total on it.

also i want to confirm something, the locations that get you into the DLC areas, were they always there? While exploring I found what is most likely the lonesome road location, (because it said lonesome road on it) and was wondering if the same was true for the others.

Yes, they were always there.

I just bought LA Noire since 25 bucks seems like a good deal.

Dead Island for $25... yeah I caved like a bridge made out of soggy noodles.

Me too. Also got that serious sam pack that was less than 3 dollars.

Sanctum will be bought once I get around to it. I passed on it last time, but after playing Orcs Must Die I want another FPS Tower Defense. Serious Sam is tempting since it's only $4, and Dues Ex as well since it's supposed to be an amazing game, but that $25 is potentially five $5 games I could get later.

picked up psychonauts because its the one game I've always wanted to play but never had the chance.

I'll wait for the inevitable christmas sale to go nuts, because I don't have that much money right now any way.

Deus Ex and Space Marine.

If the xmas sales on them are deeper I'll feel pretty dumb.

People just need to buy the Serious Sam HD deals so that we can have steam nights for the First and Second Encounter versions.

This ^

I think the games' campaign support what...16? 32 players? The games get pretty crazy with so many players (and enemies!)

Oh wait Serious Sam has multiplayer? I thought it was just gunning down things solo. Fuck I'm all over that then.

hard to pass up so much sam for only 4 bucks. Basically its a dollar a game

Sanctum will be bought once I get around to it.

I bought a 4 pack for that price. I hope it is fun.

The Splinter Cell franchise is on sale today. Which entries are recommended, and which should I skip?

Personally the last one I really enjoyed was Chaos Theory.

You want to know if this game has multiplayer?

EDIT: the game can be played in either 1st or 3rd person mode. Also, it supports 16 people, more than enough for our Steam nights ^_^

This is ridiculous, now I only need about 30 more games before my library hits 100.

I'm at 91 it seems O.o

And then there's the stacks of PS3 and 360 games I own.

On topic: Nothing is really catching my eye today. Which is good because I am suddenly aware of how much money I've spent on video games.

Ramary
11-26-2011, 06:03 PM
407, apparently.

I will die before I play half of them I assure you, and I am pretty sure I do not actually have that many games on steam, and steam is just messing with me.

Also I hope a lot of people got Serious Sam. Love that game, it is good simple mindless fun.

Today looks pretty bland.

And who would bother buying Modern Warfare 2 at this point? Especially for only 50% off.

Azisien
11-27-2011, 04:46 PM
Well I didn't buy much more than I set out to. Grabbed Shogun 2 DLC, Sins of a Solar Empire, and Dungeon Defenders 4-pack for me and my friends.
