I'm very much looking forward to the Demoman getting a new grenade launcher. I love the Loch & Load, but I want something new to play with. I was worried they'd stopped with the new launchers altogether, and just decided to do demoknight stuff.

I'm curious as to what idea Valve has for the new medigun.

Guys! The new festive weapons, look! There's a Buff Banner and what looks like a Heavy lunchbox item, neither of which have been available in Strange quality before!
What I'm saying is, get them before they become $50 each, like the Strange Kritzkrieg is.

This is actually pretty significant as far as updates go, it's the first new grenade launcher for the demoman since forever ago.
It is a festive sandvich! The strange variant counts times eaten. Would have preferred times shared, but oh well.
The new medigun is pretty rad. It gives an MVM-style resistance against a certain damage type which you can cycle through. The uber boosts that defensive buff to 75%, and the patient recovers 25% of their dealt damage as health.
It's a nice tool just in general, but it'll really shine in MVM where medic is kinda weak- it's essentially free class upgrades for whoever you target.

The Rescue Ranger sounds interesting. Ranged Engie work, allowing him to pick up or heal buildings at shotgun range. Of course, the weapon means that the Engie will only have the Pistol for basic weaponry, but that might be enough...
The Loose Cannon looks pretty cool, being able to "cook" 2-second explosives to explode in midair might be cool.
