Here is a little video of me Playing Arena commander, wich is the simulator module of Star Citizen (still in "Pre-Alpha" stage )

Why Crazy? Because a virtual ship that you can't fly right now for a game can cost you around $150 bucks right now, and the game is making millions of it... and i love it.
So, that's the game that is in Alpha, and has already acquired over 47 million dollars in donations and pledges since it's kickstarter.
The game is expected to have earned 50 Million dollars before entering beta, and while still in 2014.
It's really crazy ambitious. And a little indie game from the creator of Star Citizen, dedicated to full fidelity and high immersion has grown into this studio that now has over 250 people working in a single product with studios in multiple locations in the USA.
i'm one of the lower tier guys... i just have my basic pledge ship... but that's because i intend to earn my stuff in game. Although, some times they release limited editions of certain ships in their store... and man... those look nice.
The game is reaching 500k Players before taking off, and even though i don't expect it to triple in size after launch or anything crazy like that... i'm super happy to be a part of this game. I love flight sims and even more space sims, and this one is just... it strikes all the right cords with me. I really do hope they keep their direction true until release, because it's gonna be awesome.
I was wondering though, anybody else here is in SC?
