Typing this up quick, click here (http://store.steampowered.com/sub/94153/) and click any of those games and then click Install Game and you'll get the whole bunch added to your steam account free.

EDIT: just to confirm this is really me, I am BB, I like Love Live an embarrassing amount, Brian should revive Black Belt, yodadog

Got it, and if my machine can't run them, I'm going to be quite sad. XD

Thats nice.

Last year I got me a newly made Sega Genesis that had 40 built-in games (plus 40 new games that were very quick and cheapy).

Cool!

You know only one of these is a mega drive/genesis game right?

There was another round of this I missed, but the third round is just starting- Gunstar Heroes! GET THAT

EDIT: Seems you need to register an email address for these games. Up to you if you're willing to do that but Gunstar Heroes is really a wonderful game.

Yes! Gunstar Heroes! Excellent, it'll make a lovely addition to my Steam collection.

I already got Gunstar on Wii's Virtual Console. To anyone else who doesn't already have a copy, does have a friend, and runs their computer on not-free software; you're being given gold for free. Take it.

Got my code just now. It's a shame Gunstar Heroes doesn't have netplay because it's a co-op masterpiece, but local play is still available (and preferred, anyway- you really need to be able to punch your buddy when they throw you into the boss.)

Let me get out my old man hat real quick.

Gunstart Heroes is better without netplay. What with kids these days and the griefing and the trolling, if anyone's first experience with Gunstar was some schmuck throwing them into pits and taking all the hearts, it'd be an offense to the game. And since no one plays with internet strangers except out of naivety or the desire to be that cool cat that throws people into pits and spams "umad" in chat, there's no way it would go any other way. Fie on netplay, and may the devil take the internet! Drive to your friends' house and play like in the days before cable news made life everyone-vs-everyone.

Well, yes, netplay against strangers is always a terrible idea, but it would be nice to play the game with my fiancée who lives 4000 miles away, has never played before, and desperately needs to be thrown into every pit and have all the health taken from her.
