My personal favorite webcomic is Gunnerkrig Court, but it really shares no particular similarities to 8-bit at all so it may not be up your alley.

There's a reason there aren't any more comics like that. There was like, one good one and the rest was so terrible that you'd rather die in a fire than reading them. If it's sprite comics you're looking for, there's one I enjoyed aside from 8-Bit, Kid Radd, but story and setting-wise it's completely different from 8-Bit. It's also finished. One of the very few webcomics of exactly the right length. Possibly the only one.

Ullgh...threads like this make me feel like such a failure, sometimes...

Ah well. I guess I'll just keep going unless someone tells me otherwise

I have fun with it. Still, I'm always up for suggestions. There's no reason the only active comic on this site should be a bore if it can be helped.
