Are you kidding?How would that work???
If by training you mean "ability to survive a week doing action science", wouldn't he hold everyone to his standard?
That way noone would pass probably including Robo himself.
Unless of course he doesn't know how awesome he is,its hard to judge a guy's modesty when he says so little.

PS:This is a great idea for a short story
