Thank you Brian! It's been a great ride. I can't even remember how I found your comic or who linked me to it, it's been that long. And so much has happened since then... I never expected I'd end up following this thing all the way through the whole FF story. I've been so impressed to see that little sprite comic I used to check in college become a genuinely successful website, and your work winning awards. Congrats on finally wrapping it all up!

Oh, there's one other thing I should thank you for. In an indirect way, 8-bit is partly responsible for my marriage. (yes, that is a good thing. At least it seems that way so far, going on five years) Cause when I first met my husband, I thought he was kind of weird and didn't get to know him too well until we found out we both like 8-bit and had something fun to talk about together. ...I mean, we found other stuff to talk about too, we're not total nerds or anything, (okay we are) but I distinctly remember having a big chat about the nature of chaos and the ethics of Black Mage, and that being the first serious conversation we'd ever had with each other.
