I don't know about you people, but I have been having the week from hell. Barely any sleep, the sleep I have been getting have been stress-induced semi-nightmares about all the work that I need to do, and I've been becoming more and more miserable to be around as the week continues to happen, past the weekend.
I've got, at most, four more days of this week from hell. Likely, it will be two more days, and then things will have lightened up entirely. Any suggestions as to how to make them more bearable, or at bare minimum, how to make me more bearable to be around until these days are over? I dislike being grumpy.

I did a lot of posting on here as a teenager, and I was pretty awful. Even after I learned, grew up, and came to be on the right side of a lot of important issues, I was still angry, abrasive, and generally increased the amount of hate in the world, in pretty unacceptable ways. On the off chance that someone is taking a trip down memory lane looking through those old threads, I wanted to devote my signature to say directly to you, I'm sorry.
